On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the main menu.

And one of the options on the menu that you will see says ‘’MY WORKSPACES’’ and a plus sign next to it. 

If you want to create a new workspace, click on the plus sign to which it would then allow you to write a note and request the IT lead.


And once the request has been approved, you will see a checklist that asks you what you would like to have on the side bar for people to access when the workspace has been created. 


Please include in your note if the Workspace is for a team/department or a project, or some other purpose. Also whether it should be invitation-only (staff, existing non-staff Glasscubes users or external people you'll invite) or available to anyone (which could include both staff and non-staff if they're already on Glasscubes)


New Workspaces should not duplicate the function of existing ones, unless there's a need to migrate some content from e.g. a staff-only Workspace to one with a mixed audience. If the reason isn't clear, don't worry, we can discuss the best way to achieve what you're looking to do, what files needs moving, permissions to set, etc.
