You can add a Glasscubes calendar to Outlook, making it easier to see meetings and milestones that have been added to Glasscubes while you're scheduling other appointments in Outlook.

Go to the Workspace with the calendar you want to link. Click Link calendar as highlighted below.

A little box will appear at the top of the screen with "Check email to continue setup". There is a x to close it but it will disappear in a few seconds by itself. A few minutes later (be patient, allow 5-10) you'll get an email similar to the one below:

As long as you were expecting the email, click the long Webcal link and after a moment you'll get an confirmation box:

Click Yes. (Advanced does give you some options for re-naming the calendar as it appears in Outlook and whether to download attachments but the defaults should be fine.)

The Glasscubes calendar will then be added to your Outlook and you can view it alongside your own, or any other calendars you have access to. If you want to stop seeing it temporarily, either click the X at the right hand end of the title bar (as shown in pink here) or untick the entry in the "Other Calendars" list (see bottom left).

If you want to delete the calendar from Outlook entirely, right click the name in the Other Calendars list and select Delete Calendar. Don't worry, it will only remove it from your Outlook, it won't disappear from Glasscubes as well!

If that doesn’t work for any reason,

Copy the link that had been sent to you, then go onto your calendar on outlook. You'll see a button on the top right side that says ''Add'' with a big green plus sign.

It will produce a drop down menu which gives 5 options and the option you should choose in this case is ''From Internet''. Then it will ask you to paste the link of the calendar you would like to connect to. Once you've pasted the link in, click ''ok'' then it will link the calendars together.
