When a Workspace is created, you are given the option to follow it which would then provide updates and notifications for when it is updated. 


You follow the Workspace clicking on the Workspace name on the left hand side of the page on the menu, and once it takes you to the Workspace page, next to the title of the Workspace it will have a button that says ''Follow''. Once you've clicked that you have followed the page and will receive notifications when it has been updated. And there's a plus button next to it, which allows you to invite other members to follow the workspace.


You can also unfollow the Workspace by clicking the same button you did to follow and remove whoever you added by clicking on the plus button and clicking the ''x'' next to their name. 


You can also follow individual items in files, tasks, discussions etc by clicking on the individual item you wish to follow. For example when you click on a file that you want to follow, click on that file to then bring up the preview of it and you'll see the follow button at the bottom right hand side of the page. And it's the same with tasks, click on the individual task and the side bar will appear. And on the bottom right hand side of the side bar you will see the follow button. (Click image to enlarge) 

To pin your Workspace, you go to the left hand side of the menu where the list of workspaces are. Next to the name of the workspace, you will see a pin icon. Once you click on the pin it will pin your Workspace to allow quick and convenient access.
